ZEBRA
This plywood panel was created during class exercise in Achitectural Design: Fabrication Technologies. My main goal of designing the panel was to experiment CNC milling machine by using all the tools which was provided to us for the plywood panel milling and to transform 2d image of live animal zebra back into 3d within the 50mm plywood panel by using Rhino which was taught during beginning of the semester.
It was great opportunity to get to know about CNC milling machine. My outcome was focused on to bring into play CNC milling machine. The different tools; 10mm endmill, 20mm endmill, 10mm ballmill and 20mm ballmill created different characteristic toolpaths. This exercise attributed significantly to my design career as I discovered new technology which enable to create precise physical outcome from digital model through the experience.
